Deleting an Article
If an article is no longer needed or was published by mistake, you can easily remove it.
1. Log in to WordPress
Section titled “1. Log in to WordPress”Head to the WordPress admin area using your usual login details.

2. Go to “All Articles”
Section titled “2. Go to “All Articles””From the left-hand menu:
- Click Knowledge Hub to see a list of all articles.
- This includes both published and draft articles.
3. Find the article you want to delete
Section titled “3. Find the article you want to delete”Use the search box if needed, or scroll through the list.
When you find the article:
- Hover your mouse over the title
- Click Trash
🗑 This doesn’t permanently delete the article right away — it just moves it to the Trash.
4. To permanently delete (optional)
Section titled “4. To permanently delete (optional)”To remove the article for good:
- Click the Trash link at the top of the list view.
- Hover over the article and click Delete Permanently.
5. Restoring an article (if needed)
Section titled “5. Restoring an article (if needed)”Changed your mind?
- Go to the Trash tab
- Hover over the article
- Click Restore
This will move it back to your list of regular articles.
That’s it — you’ve deleted the article.
